“ Yes, we loved Serendipity Weddings!
And the word love is not enough to describe our experience with Chantal and Tin. It started with the first contact, where Chantal has listened to us very attentively, subsequently could already draw the first conclusions and put the first order in my head. She said that everything was possible, also realistically arranged our dreams and expectations. In addition, I immediately perceived her as a warm, loving, warm, enthusiastic, funny, yet professional person. Afterwards Chantal did a huge job. She contacted countless vendors and presented us the offers, found our dream location and step by step she transformed all our visions into a realistic form. She was always on time, precise, professional and very attentive. Step by step everything came together perfectly. I have to admit that even when I needed moral support, she always listened to me, she REALLY cared about us.
The big day was approaching, Chantal and Tin were taking care of the itineraries of our guests from different parts of the world, I had increasing questions and Chantal was always there for me. In the last preparation phase she was available practically non stop. When we came to Croatia and the wedding day has come, Chantal and Tin (in person fantastic people, we loved them immediately!) guided us through the registry office, helped with every little step. They were incredibly perfectly organized, a Dream Team! After that everything went so fast, I don’t know what magic they did, but the location was incredibly beautifully decorated and ready for us, we stood by the sea saying our vows, the guests were all there, everything, EVERYTHING was exactly as Chantal promised us.
The days before the wedding she provided us with the timeline of the day. The day of the wedding Tin went through the timeline with me. And even if there were small deviations (speeches longer than planned;-) )everything was just perfect, thanks to those two.
