When Christina and Michael travelled from New York to the Istrian coast, they brought more than just high-fashion style; they brought a beautiful tapestry of Greek and Croatian heritage. Choosing the prestigious Meneghetti Wine Hotel and Winery was a heartfelt nod to Christina’s Croatian roots, resulting in a celebration that was a true cultural blend. At Serendipity Weddings, we were honoured to produce the very first wedding hosted in Meneghetti’s brand-new Orangerie pavilion, setting a new standard for luxury in the region.
The aesthetic was "ethereal elegance." We transformed the space with an abundance of white flowers accented by subtle green details, while the ceiling draping made the entire room feel as if it were shrouded in a soft, romantic cloud. Following a sophisticated beachfront ceremony, the couple slipped away for a high-fashion photoshoot with the resort’s vintage Bentley, with Christina stunning in her designer wedding gown.
The night culminated in a high-octane celebration, featuring a DJ flown in from New York to ensure the party energy matched the Manhattan skyline. For this extraordinary Istrian celebration, we proved that heritage and trend-setting design can live in perfect harmony.
